⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

By playing on Firecrown WoW, you agree to follow ALL rules listed below.

Ignorance of rules is NOT an excuse. Rule violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.

1. General Conduct Rules

1.1 Respect and Behavior

  • 🤝 Respectful Communication: Treat all players, staff, and community members with respect
  • 🚫 No Harassment: Harassment, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact is prohibited
  • No Discrimination: No racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination based on religion, nationality, or personal characteristics
  • 🔇 No Spam: Avoid repetitive messages, excessive capital letters, or flooding chat channels
  • 👥 Impersonation: Do not impersonate staff members, GMs, or other players
⚖️ Penalties:

1st offense: Warning | 2nd offense: 24h mute | 3rd offense: 7-day ban | 4th offense: Permanent ban

1.2 Language and Communication

  • 🌍 English/Spanish Only: Public channels must use English or Spanish only
  • 🤬 No Excessive Profanity: Moderate use acceptable, but not directed at players
  • 📢 Appropriate Content: No sexual, violent, or inappropriate discussions in public channels
  • 🔗 No Advertising: Do not advertise other servers, websites, or services without permission
⚖️ Penalties:

1st offense: Warning | 2nd offense: 12h mute | 3rd offense: 3-day ban

2. Gameplay Rules

2.1 Cheating and Exploits

  • 🚫 No Third-Party Software: Bots, hacks, speed hacks, or automation tools are strictly forbidden
  • No Exploiting: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for advantage
  • 💰 No Duplication: Duplicating items, gold, or characters through any method
  • 📍 No Map Hacks: Using tools to reveal hidden areas, nodes, or player locations
  • 🔄 Report Bugs: Players must report discovered exploits to staff immediately
⚖️ Penalties:

IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN - No warnings, no appeals, zero tolerance policy

2.2 Account Sharing and Security

  • 🔒 No Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred
  • 💸 No Real Money Trading: Buying/selling accounts, gold, or items for real money is prohibited
  • 🆔 One Account Policy: Each player is allowed only ONE account per person
  • 🔐 Account Security: Players are responsible for their account security and actions
⚖️ Penalties:

Account sharing: 14-day ban | RMT: Permanent ban | Multiple accounts: Additional accounts deleted

3. PvP and Combat Rules

3.1 Player vs Player Conduct

  • ⚔️ Fair Play: PvP must be conducted fairly without exploits or griefing
  • 💀 No Spawn Camping: Excessive spawn camping of lower-level players is prohibited
  • 🏃 No Win Trading: Deliberately losing for honor/rating gain is forbidden
  • 🛡️ No Safe Spotting: Using unreachable locations to avoid PvP consequences
⚖️ Penalties:

1st offense: 3-day ban | 2nd offense: 14-day ban | 3rd offense: Permanent ban

4. Guild and Social Rules

4.1 Guild Management

  • 🏰 Appropriate Guild Names: Guild names must follow general naming conventions
  • 💼 Guild Bank Theft: Stealing from guild banks is considered theft and will be punished
  • 👑 Guild Leadership: Guild leaders are responsible for their members' conduct
  • 🚪 Guild Recruitment: Respectful recruitment only, no spamming or poaching
⚖️ Penalties:

Inappropriate names: Forced rename | Guild bank theft: Character rollback + 7-day ban

5. Character and Naming Rules

5.1 Character Names

  • 📝 Appropriate Names: No offensive, inappropriate, or nonsensical character names
  • 🎭 No Celebrity Names: No names of famous people, fictional characters, or brands
  • 👤 No Staff Impersonation: Names cannot imply staff status or official capacity
  • 🌍 Lore-Friendly Encouraged: While not required, lore-appropriate names are encouraged
⚖️ Penalties:

Forced character rename + 24-hour suspension until compliance

6. Staff Interaction Rules

6.1 GameMaster Interaction

  • 🎫 Ticket System: Use proper ticket system for issues, not whispers or public chat
  • ⚖️ Respect Decisions: GM decisions are final, appeals through proper channels only
  • 🚫 No Begging: Do not ask for free items, gold, levels, or special treatment
  • Be Patient: GMs handle tickets in order, multiple tickets slow the process
⚖️ Penalties:

Harassment of staff: 7-day ban | Spam tickets: Ticket privileges suspended

7. Technical and Server Rules

7.1 Server Stability

  • 🔧 No DDoS Attacks: Any attempt to disrupt server stability will result in immediate ban
  • 📱 No Lag Exploitation: Intentionally causing lag or server stress is prohibited
  • 🔍 Bug Reporting: Report technical issues through proper channels
  • ⚠️ Emergency Compliance: Follow staff instructions during server emergencies
⚖️ Penalties:

IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN + IP BAN + LEGAL ACTION

8. Appeals and Enforcement

8.1 Appeal Process

  • 📧 Appeal Email: Send appeals to firecrownwowsupp@gmail.com
  • 📋 Required Information: Account name, character name, ban reason, explanation
  • Appeal Timeframe: Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of punishment
  • 🔍 Investigation: All appeals are thoroughly investigated before decision
  • ⚖️ Final Decisions: Appeal decisions are final and cannot be re-appealed
