ALL DONATIONS TO FIRECROWN WOW ARE FINAL.

By making a donation, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary contribution to support the server and community, NOT A COMMERCIAL PURCHASE.

1. Donation Policy

1.1 Nature of Donations

  • 🎁 Voluntary Contributions: All payments are donations to support server operation
  • 🚫 No Purchase: We do not sell items, services, or gameplay advantages
  • 💝 Appreciation Tokens: Any in-game items received are gratitude tokens, not purchased goods
  • 📜 Service Support: Donations help maintain hosting, development, and community

1.2 Token of Appreciation System

Donors may receive "Tokens of Appreciation" which can include:

  • 🎮 Cosmetic items: Mounts, pets, transmog items
  • Quality of life features: Additional character slots, guild bank access
  • 🎖️ Recognition: Special titles, forum badges
  • 💎 VIP benefits: Priority queue, special chat channels

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 NO REFUNDS Policy

REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED under normal circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • ❌ Change of mind
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction with received tokens
  • ❌ Account ban due to rule violations
  • ❌ Character deletion or loss
  • ❌ Server downtime or maintenance
  • ❌ Gameplay changes or updates
  • ❌ Personal financial circumstances

2.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered ONLY in these specific cases:

  • 🔒 Unauthorized Transaction: Proven fraud or identity theft
  • ⚖️ Legal Requirement: Valid court order or legal mandate
  • 🚨 Server Closure: Permanent shutdown within 30 days of donation

4. Account Actions

4.1 Chargeback Warning

🚨 CRITICAL WARNING

  • Immediate Ban: Chargebacks result in permanent account suspension
  • 🔒 Character Loss: All characters and progress will be lost
  • 🚫 IP Restriction: Your IP address will be banned from the server
  • 📋 Blacklist: Future account creation prohibited

4.2 Approved Refund Actions

If a refund is approved:

  • 🗑️ Token Removal: All received appreciation tokens will be removed
  • 📊 Account Reset: Benefits from donation will be reverted
  • Account Status: Regular playing privileges maintained
